Accounts we help with

When a treatment account stays unpaid.

Help with unpaid treatment invoices and agreed payment balances.

  • Unpaid treatment invoices

Consultations, procedures and hospital stays invoiced after the visit and not paid.

  • Outstanding balances

The remainder of an account after a deposit or part-payment at the time of treatment.

  • Missed agreed payments

A payment arrangement the client agreed to and then stopped paying.

Follow-up that respects your clients and your team.

  • Respectful communication

Your clients are often people you will see again. Our team follows up professionally and respectfully, and you can tell us about any sensitivities first.

  • Less work for the front desk

Reception and practice managers stop making repeat reminder calls on accounts that have gone quiet.

  • Clear account information

Follow activity on each account and see payments as they are made, online.

For a single clinic or a busy group.

  • Individual practices

A few treatment accounts unpaid? Tell us what's outstanding and we'll explain how the service works before you commit.

  • Practices with recurring overdue accounts

Lodge accounts online as they fall overdue and follow each one's progress, with no limit during your agreement. Ask whether bulk lodgement suits a large volume.

How it works for your practice.

  1. Tell us about the overdue accounts

The amounts, the invoice dates and any payment arrangement.

  2. Set up your account

We explain the account setup, ongoing recovery support and fees before you proceed.

  3. Lodge and follow progress

Lodge accounts online and see activity and payments as they happen.

Enquiring does not lodge a debt or engage our services.

Records that help.

Account details are enough to enquire. These help once an account is lodged.

  • Invoice or account statement

What was charged and when it was due.

  • Estimate or consent to fees

Where the client agreed to the cost.

  • Payment arrangement

The agreed amounts, dates and what was paid.

  • Reminders sent

Emails, texts or letters about the account.

You don't need to send clinical records or documents to make an enquiry.

Questions from veterinary practices.

Can you follow up accounts owed by pet owners rather than businesses?

Yes. Your practice is our client, and unpaid invoices for services your practice supplied can be discussed whether the person who owes them is an individual or a business. We don't collect personal loans.

Can I lodge new debts and check their progress online?

Yes. Through your online account, you can lodge new debts, follow collection activity and view payments. You can also upload documents and correspondence, notify us of payments, and submit requests about how a debt is managed.

What about my relationship with the customer?

Our approach is firm and respectful. Tell us if you're still working with the customer or have concerns about the relationship, so we can take that into account.

What if a client disputes the treatment or the bill?

Tell us before the account is lodged. We review the account records and what was agreed. A concern about the care itself is a matter for your practice to resolve first.

What will it cost?

Commission is charged only on money successfully collected. We'll explain the commission and other applicable fees during your free appraisal, before you decide.

One invoice or several. The combined value counts.
