Questions about our collection services.

Which service should I choose?

If you have one or a few overdue invoices, start with small business debt collection. If overdue accounts come up regularly, commercial debt collection gives you ongoing online lodgement and progress updates. Not sure? Tell us about your invoices and we'll point you to the right support.

Can you help with just one unpaid invoice?

Yes. We help businesses with one unpaid invoice or several, for goods or services supplied to businesses or individual customers. The combined balance must meet our minimum of $2,000.

What if an invoice is disputed?

Tell us about the dispute when you enquire. A disputed account is worked through with you before anything escalates.

What will it cost?

Commission is charged only on money successfully collected. We'll explain the commission and other applicable fees during your free appraisal, before you decide.

Can I lodge new debts and check their progress online?

Yes. Through your online account, you can lodge new debts, follow collection activity and view payments. You can also upload documents and correspondence, notify us of payments, and submit requests about how a debt is managed.

What happens after I request an appraisal?

A specialist will call to discuss your debts, assess how we can help and explain your options. You decide whether to proceed before collection begins.
